Grok Integration in Google Workspace

The Grok add-on for Google Workspace allows users to work directly within Sheets, Slides, and Docs using AI-powered tools. In Sheets, Grok can answer questions based on spreadsheet data, write and fill formulas, insert charts, and update models dynamically when assumptions change. All edits are trackable and reversible. In Slides, Grok transforms outlines into complete presentations by researching content from the web or social media, adding relevant diagrams and images, and rewriting slide titles to clarify points. The output remains fully editable within the existing theme. For Docs, Grok assists in writing by converting rough notes into structured drafts with headings and lists, correcting grammar, and maintaining consistent style. It can also pull information from recent emails or Google Drive files when connectors are enabled. Grok for Google Workspace is a free add-on available through the Google Workspace Marketplace and supports Sheets, Slides, and Docs. It is also offered for Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
