Claude comes to CarPlay and adds easier account switching
Anthropic’s mobile update also brings 24 more interface languages, faster voice replies and side-by-side artifacts on iPad.

Anthropic has expanded Claude’s mobile apps with Apple CarPlay support, multi-account switching and a much wider set of interface languages.
On iPhone, drivers can now use Claude’s voice mode through CarPlay. Anthropic says the assistant can answer questions while the user keeps their hands on the wheel. Voice mode on iOS and Android should also respond sooner, recognize quieter speech and perform better in noisy surroundings. Speech in languages other than English is intended to sound more natural, and the feature now runs on more Android phones.
The apps can keep more than one Claude account signed in at once, removing the need to log out when moving between personal and work profiles. Claude is also available in 24 additional languages across web, desktop, iOS and Android, bringing the total to 33. The additions include Bengali, Danish, Swahili, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian and Vietnamese.
On iPad and iPhone Duo, artifacts created by Claude can open beside the conversation instead of covering it. Android on Chromebooks, larger-screen devices and foldables gains a resizable sidebar, right-click support and desktop-style keyboard shortcuts. Anthropic also says pull-down search for chats, projects and settings is coming to iPhone and iPad.
The update is a broad consumer push: it makes Claude easier to use in the car, across multiple identities and in many more languages.
