Oracle brings Gemini into Fusion and NetSuite apps
Enterprise customers will get Google models inside Oracle business software for agents, automation, and decision support.
Oracle and Google Cloud are moving Gemini deeper into Oracle’s enterprise application stack, including AI Agent Studio for Fusion Applications and embedded AI use cases across Fusion Applications and NetSuite.
The announcement matters because it brings model choice closer to the systems where many companies already run finance, HR, supply chain, sales, service, and back-office work. Instead of treating Gemini as a separate cloud model developers call from the outside, Oracle wants customers and partners to use it inside governed application workflows and agent-building tools.
Oracle says customers will be able to use Gemini models in AI Agent Studio to build Fusion-native agents and agentic applications. The companies also say Oracle plans to use Gemini for embedded AI scenarios in Fusion Applications and NetSuite when the model is a good fit for price and performance.
For a general AI reader, the useful signal is that frontier models are being packaged into ordinary enterprise software, not only developer platforms. The next phase of AI adoption in large companies may look less like employees opening a separate chat window and more like agents acting inside the business systems they already use.
