Anthropic resolves major Claude outage

Anthropic says it has resolved elevated errors that affected requests to several Claude models, including Claude Opus 5 and Fable 5. Claude Status says the service recovered after a period of unstable requests across multiple models.

The practical takeaway is that Claude should be usable again, but teams that rely on it for coding workflows, API-backed products or agent systems should treat the incident as another reminder to keep fallback paths in place. Retries, alternate model routing and clear user messaging matter when model calls fail.
