Users can configure agents by writing plain-language instructions and attaching documents, tools, and guardrails without any coding. The platform supports telephony, knowledge retrieval, and tool integration in a single interface, eliminating the need to assemble separate APIs for speech-to-text, language modeling, and text-to-speech. Voice Agent Builder is trained on real-world calls featuring diverse languages, accents, and noisy environments, ensuring robust performance. Agents can access knowledge bases from uploaded documents in various formats and perform actions such as scheduling appointments, checking order status, or transferring calls to humans. Each account includes a free phone number, with options to connect existing numbers via SIP. Calls are recorded and transcribed for review, and guardrails prevent undesired behaviors. Pricing is transparent, charging per minute of audio with no separate platform fees. This platform aims to simplify the deployment of high-volume voice agents for operators and developers.
