Anthropic launches Claude academy for enterprise AI engineers
The company is putting 100M USD behind a program to train 10,000 engineers who can deploy Claude inside large organizations.
Anthropic has launched Claude Frontier Academy, a training program meant to create more engineers who can turn Claude pilots into production systems inside large companies. The company says it is committing 100M USD and wants to train 10,000 Frontier Deployed Engineers.
The first program is a residency for hands-on software engineers nominated by their organizations. Participants work through simulated enterprise deployments, including use-case selection, security review and handover, then spend 12 weeks leading a real Claude project with support from Anthropic engineers.
Anthropic frames the academy as a response to a practical bottleneck in enterprise AI adoption: companies often have access to models, but not enough people who can redesign workflows, build agentic systems and ship them with governance. First cohorts include engineers from Accenture, Bain, Capgemini, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Deloitte, McKinsey, Morgan Stanley and Novo Nordisk.
